A teaser with the theme 'Japan' was produced for the French animation festival E-MAGICIENS. Various aspects of Japanese life, such as tradition and modernity, were visually translated into this short, concise teaser. The unusual and extravagant combination of the folding art origami, animated typography and electronic circuit diagrams creates a progressive image of Japanese media art. E-MAGICIENS is an animation and digital art festival held annually in Valenciennes, northern France, showcasing the work of European students and emerging talent.
