A new corporate design was developed for QONZEPT, a company specializing in property management, neighborhood management and operational concepts. The holistic aspect of the company's philosophy as well as the founders' affinity for art and architecture were translated into a concise design language that borrows from 'de Stijl' and 'Schwarzplan' aesthetics and skillfully combines them in a new look. Complemented by a new typographic logo that interprets all letters at right angles as 'open spaces' as well as a characteristic signet that subsumes the design language in an abstract form, a sophisticated design concept was thus defined that, despite its minimalism, is visually convincing and clearly stands out from the competition.
